By downloading or using Pickle (“the App”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the App.
2. The Service
Pickle displays useful updates and information from connected services, such as calendars, development tools, and business platforms, through supported iOS features, including Live Activities and the Dynamic Island.
Features and integrations may change or become unavailable at any time.
3. Connected Accounts
You are responsible for the accounts you connect and for complying with the terms of those third-party services. You authorize Pickle to access the information and permissions you approve. You can disconnect integrations where supported.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the App, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it for unlawful purposes.
5. Accuracy and Availability
Pickle provides information for convenience and may rely on third-party services. We do not guarantee that displayed information is always accurate, current, uninterrupted, or available. You remain responsible for important business decisions.
6. Subscriptions and Payments
If paid features are offered, pricing, billing periods, renewals, and cancellation terms will be presented before purchase. Purchases made through Apple are subject to Apple's applicable payment and subscription terms.
7. Intellectual Property
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit them without permission, except where permitted by law.
Third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
8. Disclaimer and Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Pickle is provided “as is” without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. We are not responsible for third-party service interruptions or indirect losses. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Termination
You may stop using Pickle at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for misuse, security reasons, or legal requirements.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updated Terms take effect means you accept the changes, where permitted by law.
